Dispatch vs. delivery

On the product page for each item, you will see a dispatch estimate e.g. ‘3 to 4 working days’. Dispatch is when the item(s) are collected by our delivery partner. From dispatch, depending on where you are located, the transit times may vary. Below you will find more information on the delivery process and how long after dispatch you should expect delivery. If products are not available for immediate dispatch, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Please note for standard shipping, the ‘ETA delivery’ time frame is an estimate only, there is no guarantee on the date or time. It takes a bit longer than estimated due to the location (like remote areas) and circumstances.

Can I get same Day or next day delivery?

If you live in Sydney metropolitan area and your items are in stock we can arrange a same day delivery for orders received before 11:00am or a next day delivery if you order after 11:30am. A small extra fee will apply. Please note there is No Weekend Delivery.

We ship Australia-wide.

Please note that our carriers do not deliver furniture and large items to PO boxes, so to avoid unnecessary delays please ensure you give your full street address at checkout.

Delivery Cost

To calculate your delivery costs simply enter your postcode and suburb on any product page. Total delivery cost for your order can also be found on the cart page.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the order and your delivery suburb.

Missed Deliveries

For some small and medium sized items, the couriers will attempt the delivery shortly after it arrives at their depot. If you are not at home when they attempt delivery, they may leave a missed delivery card and you can call them to arrange a free re-delivery.

If a delivery date has been arranged with you in advance but you are not able to accept the delivery when the delivery team arrive, we might need to charge you a re-delivery fee. Our customer experience team will reach out to you before the delivery is reattempted. Please note that Dreamo does not take responsibility for any incorrect or incomplate order details including but not limited to delivery address, contact details or email given upon purchase and email given upon purchase and the subsequent failure of delivery as a result.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how to track your order if tracking is available. For any queries relating to tracking, please e-mail support@dreamo.com.au for assistance.

Grouped Delivery

For the convenience of our customers, we will send all items on an order together by default. If you purchase items that have different availabilities and you wish to receive selected pieces earlier, please contact us support@dreamo.com.au

Delivery Service

To provide you the most competitive delivery costs in Australia, Monday to Friday, we use a combination of carefully selected carriers depending on your products and location. Our carriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery. The standard delivery service does not include taking the items inside, upstairs or in lifts, placement in your home or removal of packaging. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep on the ground level of your building. If your home has limited access or is not on the ground floor (such as an apartment or unit), we suggest getting the help of family, friends or neighbours to assist bringing your items inside.

Please note: for heavy or oversized items, Due to the nature of the items and our customers’ requirements for low cost delivery services, we book transport services with just one person on board the vehicle. You will need to provide enough assistance on your end with carrying items from the delivery vehicle to your door.
